Flower Pals

November 4, 2017 By Sarah Hewitt

I had pressed a bunch of flowers this past summer between my text books. The intent was to use them With the children for crafts this summer at the Montessori camp.  I stumbled upon them today and it triggered a little inspiration to Play. After making an ambient background with some Earth pigments, I got the pressed flower collection out. Originally I had an abstract design in the works, then this image of two “pals” skipping and holding hands came to life. Sometimes I gotta marvel at the creative process, I really had no idea what I was to produce, and here it is, a cute and crafty reminder, to Play and enjoy one another!
